Review

I ordered the ultimate aloe in natural flavor, but I do not like the taste. I reached out to my shop consultant and market America twice with no response whatsoever. I want to exchange for the strawberry kiwi but I can’t find anyone who can help me. Very dissatisfied with the service, and haven’t used the product because it tastes gross.

Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges with opened products. However, we’d like to suggest trying to mix the natural flavor with grape juice as a way to help mask the taste—many customers have found this makes the flavor more enjoyable.

Disappointed with ingredients

I was excited to try this aloe as suggested by a friend but extremely disappointed when actually read the ingredients and noticed that the second ingredient was fructose and not of the consistency of natural aloe. As a wellness brand, this doesn't seem in alignment with offering healthy products. There are better alternatives on the market.

Love the aloe, disappointed by the service

I ordered this aloe as I had numerous times before. This time, the aloe never came...the other product I ordered did, but the aloe did not. I contacted the company 3 different ways and no one ever responded, so I still do not have my aloe and I am out $30. Very upset by the customer service (or lack there of).
